Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during launches, holidays or unusually high order volume.

Shipping and delivery

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery timing depends on the destination, carrier and customs processing. Any delivery date or transit time shown on the store is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Tracking details are sent after dispatch when tracking is available. Some orders may arrive in more than one package.

International orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local fees. Unless these charges are collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for any amounts charged by the destination country.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

If your tracking has stopped updating, your package is significantly delayed, or a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us and we will help review the shipment with the carrier.
